We had Elite Air out to check out Air Conditioning in Sping, after a year of condenser fails and issues last year we did not want to chance it. As someone who does a lot of the work himself, I could not recommend this team more. From the educational aspect of what the technician was doing to the why behind it, it was clear that they were going to spend quality time making sure everything was right. The heat in our condominium association lobby went out on a Tuesday night during the bitter cold artic blast. Brandon, the owner, came to service our building at 8:30 at night in treacherous road conditions. That was above and beyond my expectations. It was determined that we needed a new HVAC. His team came within a day to do install. The HVAC is in a ceiling which is not an easy install. Brandon & his team made sure that little to no damage was done to the metal in between the ceiling panels. Our association is grateful for the outstanding service from Elite Air!

During the coldest days in 6 years, my furnace decides it's time to take a break. The thermostat temperature slowly drops and by the morning it's a balmy 57 degrees inside my house.I called 2 local numbers that I found on the thermostat and furnace by the previous owners. One had been bought out by the other and the other one no longer serviced my area.Elite Air was my next call. They were local and had excellent reviews. Brandon had a full schedule but came out, diagnosed my issue and brought my furnace back to life. He explained everything to my in language I could understand and stayed to make my temperature returned to normal. I have never been more relieved and grateful. I can't say enough positive things about interaction with this company. Brittany in the office and Brandon, my technician were absolutely top notch and I would recommend them for any HVAC issue.

My furnace wasn't working correctly and I had a simple question that I needed to ask a technician before scheduling someone to come in and fix. I called 2 other Heating and Cooling companies before calling this one. The first two had no technicians available to answer my simple question. We had just relocated back to town, and were about to host Thanksgiving dinner in our new home for the very first time, when our furnace went out...ON THANKSGIVING. I reluctantly called Elite, knowing it was a holiday and I didn't want to bother anyone with a service call, but we needed to figure this out. I received a callback from the dispatch in minutes and Kyle helped me identify the issue immediately. It turns out it was something I could do quite easily myself and he coached me through the entire process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I recommend these guys any day anytime I need them to come out during the week it’s usually a little over a hundred bucks and they solve most of my problems haven’t done me wrong yet.Update: I had them install a new unit for me and they got it done fast and efficiently in a way that allowed me to continue my own service job on a roof and not be there. Had a slight hiccup with a bad weld but they can out right away and took care of me. In terms of hvac their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional

I am going to start over because I do not think you received it.I left a message for Brandon on May 24, but never got a call back.I later made an appointment for someone to visit my home at 2 pm on May 31. I called the office at about 3 pm that day when nobody had showed up or called.I appreciate the information I received when they arrived. The tech took my questions by phone. Was having trouble with our mini splint units and called Elite Air and they got us scheduled the following morning. While chatting with the technician found out they were running a little light on technicians due to vacations and he was the owner of the company. That there tells me a lot about a company! They didn’t push us out until they had a full staff, he came out and fixed our problem and took the time to explain things to us. Such nice people to work with, from the office to the technician! Elite Air installed my furnace and central air new unit. I had some trouble recently with the furnace. They found it to be a manufacture problem. They quickly ordered a new part, got it installed within a couple of days at no charge to me. They are always professional, and very friendly and explain to level I can understand. And they put up with my 3 huge dogs! I recommend them with confidence on fb when ever I see anyone looking for heat or air help. The entire team at Elite Air has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We recently got a new AC unit installed, and the team was responsive to all of our questions (there were plenty!) and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Our house is older and the air circulation wasn't the best, so they came back out after the AC was put in to install a booster fan and patch some ductwork to ensure our home cooled properly. The entire process has been wonderful and i'd recommend Elite Air to anyone!

The Tech that came out was knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate a lot. My only complaint would be that he didn’t have enough Freon to completely fill my system back up. I appreciate that he told me he didn’t have enough to completely fill me up. My concern is that if I have to call them back I will have to pay the 99 dollar diagnostic all over again when if the system was fully charged it may by me more time before paying the service diagnostic fee again ( plus I believe if a system is fully charged it runs more efficiently and effectively) Overall honesty is a huge thing for me and I the tech was great and recommended other fixes that I opted to risk it on that may bite me in the butt later. I’m thankful for the options and I would most definitely use Elite Air again just hoping if I need a refill again I don’t get hit with a diagnostic charge. Everyone that’s reading this needs to understand I was very happy with the service and also needs to understand that just having a professional come and fix your system has a cost with it. Had a A/C unit installed. Upon installation they discovered I had a cracked heat exchanger. They didn't try to hide it and told me immediately and worked to fix the issue promptly.
